《Let It Go》是华特迪士尼动画工作室的2013年动画作品《冰雪奇缘》（Frozen）当中的主题曲，由Kristen Anderson-Lopez和Robert Lopez作曲作词。这首歌由美国百老汇演员、歌手Idina Menzel担任片中角色mdash;mdash;艾莎（Elsa）mdash;mdash;的配音以及演唱。这首歌在艾莎女王离开她的王国之后，独自一人在冰天雪地的世界里开始创造她的新王国时所演唱。艾莎明白了不再需要隐藏自己的冰雪魔法。她对世界宣告，自己从童年不敢面对的障碍中走了出来，并且无拘束地使用冰雪魔法。
在2014年北京时间3月3日（洛杉矶当地时间2日晚），在第86届奥斯卡颁奖典礼上，《冰雪奇缘》获得最佳动画长片奖，而作为该动画主题曲的《Letnbsp;It Go》夺得最佳原创歌曲奖。
